Returns Procedure If you wish to return an item please contact us by email or phone within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. If contacting by email please include your full name and address, order details and details of the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement. We will contact you shortly afterwards to organise the return.
With the exception of faulty goods, return postage cannot be refunded and we cannot give order refunds until the goods have been received back.
When returning goods we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting (free at the Post Office) and adequate postal insurance if desired as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Refunds Refunds are only be made to the original card of purchase.
Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged.
All refunds when agreed will be made within 30 days.
